Lemon Cilantro Quinoa GF

  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro
  • Lemon Juice
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt

Cook quinoa. When done add cilantro leaves, about a table spoon of lemon juice, black pepper and salt to taste and stir well. To prevent mushing let the quinoa cool before stirring. Serve as a side dish.
